She was married to a  pig named Rabicó at a young age, but she only did so because she was told by Narizinho that he was a prince which he really wasn´t. She gets into lots of problems and always finds her way out of them, usualy using magic. Without her the Sítio would be an ordinary place without the magical beings it has today.
